Prepress & Dieline
Review usable dimensions, dieline, bleed and safe zones, fonts and the agreed CMYK or Pantone color reference.
Making Sample
Agree the type of sample, fees and revision scope. Check the structure, insert and actual product fit before approving the production reference.
Printing
Confirm the print method, color reference and proof expectations. A change between digital and offset printing may require a new comparison.
Finishing
Review coating, foil, embossing or debossing areas on the sample. Confirm appearance, alignment and compatibility with folding or opening.
Die-cutting
Confirm cutting, board forming, wrapping and dimensional requirements for the chosen structure.
Insert

How do custom luxury boxes increase product value?
Packaging can improve presentation, but no sales or ROI result is guaranteed. Choose a structure and finish that fit the product, channel, budget and customer experience, then evaluate the physical sample.
What happens if my packaging boxes arrive damaged?
Agree defect definitions, inspection evidence, claim timing and any remedy or freight responsibility in writing before ordering. Keep arrival photographs, carton labels and affected quantities if a shipment has a problem.
Can I track my packaging box order during shipping?
Confirm the shipping method and available tracking with the quotation. Tracking detail and update timing depend on the carrier and route; request the dispatch documents and estimated transit separately from production timing.
